Leadership of Elementary and Secondary School Teachers and Administrators: Links with Computer Technology, Collegial Teaching and Learning, Teaching Experience and Gender
Abstract
This study used standard multiple linear regression to investigate relationships between school leadership, collegial teaching and learning, computer technology, gender and years of teaching experience with a sample of 350 elementary and secondary school teachers and administrators. The measures used in the study assessed a wide variety of factors among school teachers and administrators. Data screening led to the elimination of 29 cases. Regression results indicate that the overall model significantly predicts school leadership, R2 =.131, R2adj = .115, F (4, 233) = 8.44, p
