Abstract

This study used standard multiple linear regression to investigate relationships between school leadership, collegial teaching and learning, computer technology, gender and years of teaching experience with a sample of 350 elementary and secondary school teachers and administrators. The measures used in the study assessed a wide variety of factors among school teachers and administrators. Data screening led to the elimination of 29 cases. Regression results indicate that the overall model significantly predicts school leadership, R2 =.131, R2adj = .115, F (4, 233) = 8.44, p
