My qualitative research examines how student teachers reflect on their teaching practice during their student teaching semester and their perceptions of using reflection to develop their teaching practices. This image presents the reflection of a natural background of the sky and landscapes reflected on the body of water by the sun. Reflection is a natural thing that happens every day. To be effective teachers, we should reflect on our teaching practices and realize that reflective thinking is a natural learning process to meet students’ needs and improve our teaching practices. The still water makes us see the reflection more clearly; the still mind makes teachers’ reflection clearer so they can understand and improve their practice.
