Abstract
Success with Small Fruits is a photographic exploration of identity and transformation, through both self-portraiture and the investigation of light within domestic space. The work is autobiographical and the images, like life itself, are at times paradoxical and contain polarities in both form and content. I value the quotidian, and my images encourage extended and repeated viewing. I hope for a viewer’s response that is at once intellectual, emotional, and visceral.
