Abstract
This quasi-experimental study assessed knowledge and perspectives on assistive technology among 114 undergraduates in a Special Education course. The experimental group were provided hands-on, interactive learning experiences in class; after the instruction, they showed significantly greater knowledge gains and more positive perspectives compared to the control group, which received traditional instruction.
This presentation was delivered at the CEC 2025 Special Education Convention & Expo in Baltimore, MD.
