Description

Oral history interview with Illinois State University Emeritus President David Strand. The interview was conducted on April 26, 2007, by Elaine Graybill, as part of the Illinois State University Oral History Project. Dr. Strand came to Illinois State in 1980 as executive officer and vice president for business and finance and served in several other roles before coming president, including vice president and provost, and professor in the Department of Educational Administration. He retired in 1999 after four years as president.
